At this point, the person in charge of each department should have a clear understanding of the situation, profoundly learn the lessons from recent major accidents, effectively identify the management shortcomings through accident investigation and analysis, and implement all the safety deployment work of the Group. We must resolutely stop a few managers from nurturing a fluke mentality and strictly implement the inspection of construction safety measures and supervision of the operation process. We should always adhere to the concept of being people-oriented, putting life first and developing safely, so as to lay a solid foundation for the current and future safety production work and promote the safety and quality standardization level of Haijiang Group to a new level.

Managers at all levels should focus on the front line, take the lead in the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers in their areas of responsibility, severely investigate and combat violations of production safety regulations, and effectively strengthen on-site management.?We should establish a database of major accident hazards to ensure that all kinds of hazards are eliminated in the beginning. We will strengthen the implementation of measures at the site, provide timely feedback and rectification, put in place certain rewards and punishments, and make regular control to promote the continuous stability of the safety situation in the whole field of the Group.

We must continue to enhance the emergency response capacity of production safety, build professional emergency rescue teams, continue to improve emergency plans, improve the production safety prediction and early warning and emergency coordination and linkage mechanism, regularly carry out technical and tactical training, combat drills and personnel avoidance self-rescue training, to further enhance the emergency response capacity and provide strong protection for the protection of people's lives and property.

In order to promote the activity of "Safety Production Month", Haijiang Group held the 2023 Safety Production Mobilization Meeting on June 8, in which the person in charge of safety was appointed to deploy the work of Safety Production Month to all the staff of the Group.
