On March 30, 2025, the signing ceremony of the friendly party building and joint construction agreement between Haijiang Technology Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Haijiang Holdings Group, and Bank of China Cangzhou Branch was successfully held at Haijiang Group Cangdong Circular Economy Industrial Base. Zhou Huansheng, President of Bank of China Cangxian Branch, and You Yang, Business Director of Bank of China Cangxian Branch, attended the ceremony. Fuxing No.1 "is an integrated party building management platform independently developed by Bank of China, covering core functions such as organizational management, learning and education, and fee collection. It has served thousands of enterprises and institutions across the country, using digital means to promote the standardization, intelligence, and efficiency of party building work.

At the beginning of the event, leaders from Bank of China visited the corporate culture exhibition hall of Haijiang Group in person, gaining a deep understanding of the company's development history, technological innovation achievements, and social responsibility practices under the guidance of party building. Both parties have conducted preliminary discussions on how to enhance the effectiveness of party building and empower corporate governance through digital means.

At the subsequent symposium, representatives from both sides had in-depth discussions on topics such as the functional applications, data security, and service scenario expansion of the "Fuxing No.1" platform. Zhou Huansheng, the President of Bank of China Cangxian Branch, highlighted the platform's technological advantages in intelligent collection of party dues, online learning and education, and organizational life recording. According to the agreement, Bank of China Cangxian Branch will rely on the "Fuxing No.1" smart party building platform to provide one-stop services for Haijiang Group, including party/youth league/trade union organization management, party member education, collection of party, youth league, and trade union fees, and cultural construction. This platform supports multi terminal operations such as PC, mobile APP, WeChat mini program, etc., which can realize functions such as organizational dynamic management, online learning, and fund settlement, and help improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise party building work.
