On June 28, 2022, the launching ceremony of the Alliance of Enterprises for Safety Risk Prevention and Control Management of Hazardous Chemicals was held in CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute. In this conference, the Enterprise Alliance of Hazardous Chemical Safety Risk Prevention and Control Management was announced and Haijiang Group was elected as the chairman of the Alliance.

Background of Alliance Establishment

In order to prevent and resolve major safety risks, improve public safety system, integrate and optimize emergency forces and resources, promote the formation of a unified command, specialized and permanent, responsive and up-and-down linkage management system for hazardous chemical safety risk prevention and control with local characteristics, and improve disaster prevention, mitigation and relief capabilities, Haijiang Group, together with the South China Maritime Bureau, Tianjin Eco-environmental Science and Research Institute, CNOOC Oilfield Chemical Division, and CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute, initiated the formation of an enterprise alliance for hazardous chemical safety risk prevention and control management, and launched in-depth cooperation in technology research and development, new results promotion and personnel training.
