During the visit, the project manager?introduced, "The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project (including technical reform) has an investment of nearly 300 million yuan, covers an area of 200,000 square meters, and can dispose of 93,440 tons of hazardous waste annually. The second phase of the project plans to invest 886 million yuan. The proposed construction site is located in the southeast of the first phase of the project, covering an area of 300 acres (a total of 900 acres in the long term planning). It?is a further expansion and improvement of the first phase of the project?and can dispose of 300,000 tons of hazardous waste per year. It has become a company for comprehensive hazardous waste disposal in northern Shaanxi. It has 44 major categories and 470 minor categories (47 major categories in the country) of hazardous materials disposed.
